PAAS Ltd offer a full range of training courses, including:  IMI Awards Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) and IMI Awards QCF Level 2 and Level 3 Hybrid Electric Vehicle Qualifications.  This is essential if you are considering BS 10125 as these are a crucial part of the BS10125 Kitemark.

We are the only training company offering a course and assessment for Bodyshop Quality Control.  This is approved and certificated by the IMI.

Most of our courses can be delivered at your premises providing there is a suitable room available, and we can also deliver training at weekends* if required.  If you do not have a suitable room, we can arrange training at locations around the country, but these may incur extra costs*.

The cost of our training is very competitive and starts at £250 + VAT per person, per day.

Institute of the Motor Industy (IMI) Alternative Powered Vehicles Level 1.

This course is for all employees who will come into contact with an Alternative Powered Vehicle in their day to day role. It covers the differences between Hybrid, Electric and Fuel Cell (Hydrogen) powered vehicles, their mode of operation and the associated hazards of these vehicles. This course is designed to ensure recovery drivers can safely recover an Alternative powered Vehicle from a breakdown or an accident This course incorporates the Level 1, but includes additional information regarding the safe recovery of a alternative powered vehicle. IMI Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) Full Route

This is a four day course for the IMI Accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessing (VDA) The course covers all aspects of the VDA process from vehicle technology, repairs, paint, MET operations, Insurance Principles and vehicle repair methods. There is a multi choice question assessment and a practical assessment on day four. Successful candidates will receive from the IMI a certificate and a IMI Accreditation card, which is valid for three years. £900.00 + VAT per person (this does not include the practical assessment) Enquire Here >>



IMI Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) Re-Accreditation

This is a two day course for those who already hold the IMI VDA Full Route, but the valid period of three years is near to expiry. The course refreshes and increases the skills and knowledge learnt on the Full Route course. There is a multi choice question assessment and a practical assessment on day two. PAAS Ltd/IMI Quality Assured Programme in Accident Repair Quality Control

This course is designed to ensure vehicles that have been repaired are repaired to a high standard and that common faults that occur in repairs are detected and rectified before the vehicle is returned to the owner. It covers all aspects of quality control, why it is important, who is responsible, vehicle technology and common faults. It is suitable for those who are just starting as a Quality Controller, or for those who have been engaged in the role for a long time. This course is for those engaged in categorising vehicle salvage under teh Association of British Insurers (ABI) Code of Practice.
